Mr. Praveen Gupta is the author of Six Sigma Business Scorecard Methodology, the black belt champion of Six Sigma and the author of numerous books on improving business processes by using Six Sigma methodology (reducing loss, improving quality, costs and implementing unit of time for any type of job). Mr. Gupta is an editor of the "International Journal of Innovation Science," an author of "Business Innovation Network," and "Business Innovation in the 21st Century, " published in 2007 where he explains that innovation in top companies does not happen by an accident - it is actually a result of an organizational culture and carefully designed business processes that are oriented towards a continuous improvement of products and customer service.
As innovation of product development and services as well as improvement of business processes in achieving business excellence represent the main focus of InfoDom, we had an opportunity to learn directly from Mr. Gupta about the most modern framework for business innovation management during his visit in Zagreb.
