System CRO4EU is a web system that provides support to business processes of the bodies of state governance involved in implementation and supervision of projects funded by pre-accession programs of the European Union. The system is used by the National Fund at the Ministry of Finance that functions as the treasury for incoming funds of the EU, as well as by the Central Finance and Contracting Agency, whose core activities include conducting public tenders, contracting and paying suppliers.
The system assists at performing daily business processes (end-to-end) and it offers a unique solution for:
- Financial agreements structure, priority areas, subareas and projects management
- Financing the National Fund and requests for funds of the EU
- Requests, approvals and transfer of funds between the National Fund and Central Agency
- Conducting public tenders, making bid records, reports and contracting
- Registration and verification of incoming invoices
- Orders for payments to suppliers
- Accounting of the National Fund and Central Agency
- System of reporting to the EU and internal reports
